If a page layout created in a legal size paper format that was set to
landscape was copied and then attempted to be saved, it would give an
error indicating that the dimensions of the page layout were not
valid (i.e. the width too large)

Bug Fix: If a puzzle being previewed was resized (Zoom In/Out) and
then exported as a bitmap, the resulting bitmap would be distorted.
When saving a bitmap or a jpeg graphic image, the width in pixels
is now requested prior to saving the image. The width of the saved
bitmap or jpeg was previously determined by the current size of the
page being viewed on the screen.
Added a "Pixel" size option to the puzzle preview.
Besides setting a zoom factor, you can now set a pixel size. You will
be able to see what an exported bitmap will look like prior to
exporting by setting the pixel size.

section allowing exporting of clues and clue numbers to a text file.
